The Situation

The Response
GENEDGE ALLIANCE Project Managers Michael Levy and Bob Schwabik facilitated the process, helping the company work through the ISO 9002 standards, a move Phillips says gave the company intense ownership of their quality system.

The Results
Bottom line benefits are evident. CU has been able to cut their reject rate in half, resulting in savings of about $150,000. But Phillips says that is only a small part of the benefits of this quality system. "We can now tackle the largest potential jobs with the most sophisticated customers with confidence and follow through with commitments at all levels," said Phillips.
