About the workshop:
If you are responsible for implementing the changes, would you like to really understand what you need to do to meet each of the requirements? GENEDGE wants to help you make this transition as painless as possible to successfully implement the changes to passing your transition audit while improving your quality management system. Join this interactive session to not only understand the requirements, but also brainstorm with like-minded peers who are addressing the same issue.

Topics include:
• Risk based thinking
• Measurement resources (no longer measurement equipment)
• Organizational knowledge
• What is the “context of the organization”
• Defining “interested parties”
• And all the other changed requirements for the 2015 standard

Who should attend:
This workshop is intended for companies who have ISO 9001:2008 registration and need a strategy for migrating to ISO 9001:2015. Many small to medium sized companies have one point person responsible for managing their quality system, who may be wearing other hats as well. If you are that person or part of a team who is championing or executing the effort, this will help you focus on what you really need in your strategy.

This course is valuable for any individuals directly involved in the planning, implementing, maintaining or auditing of an ISO 9001 QMS. Participants will receive: ISO 9001:2015 Guidebook (not the standard itself), Revised quality manual template, and a Certificate of Completion.

LSS Black Belt Certification for Healthcare 2017

GENEDGE’s certification program excels with these 3 simple benefits:

6sigma-image

1. Simply learn by doing – Immediately benefit from the direct ‘hands-on’ application of the key DMAIC tools through the use of a realistic and richly detailed transactional process simulation. The transformation of a defective process into a high performance state is based on the solutions developed by course attendees themselves.

2. Simply learning together – Our courses emphasize the very critical nature of effective teamwork while solving problems. Through the use of multiple team based exercises, the importance of diversity, leadership, communications, structure and the delegation of tasks are emphasized.

3. Simply learning from peers – Attendees at GENEDGE LSS courses are typically drawn from many corporate cultures and functional groups. This enables different approaches, experiences and ideas to be shared between the attendees as they discuss the challenges they face in their particular work environments. Problems faced by some attendees have often been already been addressed by others in the group.
